Bylaws
The APA California Board, Chapter and Sections are governed by the California Chapter Bylaws. The Bylaws provide specific guidance for the Board, Chapter and Sections in meeting the Chapter’s mission, objectives and responsibilities. The Bylaws also dictate the Board, Chapter and Section structure, dues, election process, Board member portfolios and duties, as well as membership eligibility. Bylaws are reviewed by the section President and updated by the Board as needed.
Meetings
The San Diego section’s Board of Directors holds meetings on a monthly basis. These meetings are held virtually. Meeting minutes are of public interest and can be found by clicking on the link.
