The County of Monterey seeks a results-oriented individual who demonstrates excellent leadership and management skills to join the RMA Planning Division.
Under general direction, the Planning Services Manager plans, organizes, coordinates, and manages a team of professional Planners which includes professional, technical, and support staff; develops and monitors the section budget; oversees and plans programs, operations, and projects for the Planning section; and performs related work as required.
Education: Completion of a BA in an area directly related to Planning.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in area of land use planning; including one (1) year in direct or lead supervision.
